All of our astrology services, including personal readings, astrological reports, and related consultations, are final. Once you make a purchase, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Personalised Services
Our personalised astrology services take time, energy, and deep calculation. We craft these specifically for you based on the birth details and information you provide. Because of the custom nature of this work, we cannot offer refunds on consultations, personal readings, or customised reports.
4. Accuracy and Satisfaction
We always strive to give you the most accurate and eye-opening insights possible. However, astrology is a subjective and interpretive art. We cannot guarantee specific real-world outcomes or results. While we want you to be happy with your experience, we do not issue refunds if you are simply dissatisfied with the interpretation or the outcome of your reading.
5. Appointment Cancellations
Life happens, and we get that. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our absolute best to move you to a better time slot.
However, if you miss your appointment or fail to give us a 24-hour notice, you will forfeit your appointment fee, and no refund will be issued.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We want to be fair. In very rare cases, like a technical glitch on our website or a clear error on our end, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or a store credit.
